The road to be renovated in Changnan Avenue (Shengmi Bridge - Changdong Avenue) Renovation Project is 13.30km long in total. The main line from Jiangnan Avenue to Gaoxin Avenue is a two-way road with eight lanes in total and provided with auxiliary road in some areas. The main line from Gaoxin Avenue to Changdong Avenue is a two-way road with six lanes in total and provided with auxiliary road on both sides. The design velocity is 80km/h. The project also has three new full interchanges and nine diamond interchanges. The total investment is 3.448 billion CNY.
